NA land means Non-Agricultural land, this fact is always, mentioned on the 7/12 extract

Details of all property related entries are there on a 7/12 extract or ‘property card’ (only in cities). This is the most important document to establish the ownership of the property. While buying property please see to it that you have the lastest copy (not more than a week old) of the 7/12 extract issued by the concerned authority (Talathi office)
